Mail Order Returns:
We are happy to accept any items for exchange or refund within 30 days with your receipt, provided the items have not been washed, worn or otherwise damaged. Beyond that time, a credit or exchange may be given on current merchandise. If a receipt cannot be provided we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund. Sale items may be exchanged but we are unable to offer a refund. Please return items to:

* Any items being returned from outside Canada must indicate “RETURNING GOODS” on any customs documentation.

In-Store Returns:
We are happy to accept any items for exchange or refund within 14 days with your receipt, provided the items have not been washed, worn or otherwise damaged. Beyond that time, a credit or exchange may be given on current merchandise. If a receipt cannot be provided we can exchange or issue a credit note at the current selling price for any items. However, with no proof of purchase we do reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund. Sale items may be exchanged but we are unable to offer a refund.
