Shipping Information

We do our utmost to dispatch all orders within seven (7) days of receipt, subject to stock availability and credit card authorization. Our Made-to-Order shirts require 3-4 weeks to complete. While we do our best to fill orders quickly, the date of the shipment may be delayed due to volume of orders received and product availability. All North American deliveries are sent via Expedited Post and generally arrive within one week of shipping date. Overseas deliveries will take a little longer and are sent Express Post unless otherwise specified.

Due to the U.S. Executive Order 14324, all U.S.-bound postal shipments must have duties collected at origin effective August 29, 2025. This means every package under US$800 going from Canada to the U.S. must have proof that duties were paid before the shipment can be accepted for delivery. Effective August 29, 2025, the United States has suspended its duty-free “de minimis” threshold of US$800 for all countries, including Canada. All postal shipments to the U.S. will require prepaid duties before your package crosses the border – regardless of their value or country of origin.

All shipments outside of Canada may be subject to customs delays and separate duty charges which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Delivery Address

A SIGNATURE WILL BE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY. For this reason, please provide us with an address where a signature is attainable. Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday, during business hours.

Should you wish to have the items delivered to an alternative address, please state this in the “shipping address” section of the Check out process. Items which are being sent to an address other than that of the card billing address may be subject to confirmation with the card holder.

Returns and Exchanges

Mail Order Returns: We are happy to accept any items for exchange or refund within 30 days with your receipt, provided the items have not been washed, worn or otherwise damaged. Beyond that time, a credit or exchange may be given on current merchandise. If a receipt cannot be provided we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund. NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on underwear. Discounted items are FINAL SALE. Exchanged may be allowed at our discretion but we are unable to offer a refund. Please return items to:
